RETURNS POLICY
There is 14 days returns policy in the case you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. Please write back to : luiso@blackmouthco.com to arrange it.
CANCELLATION ORDER
To cancel your order you need to send an email to : luiso@blackmouthco.com within 24 hrs after the purchase was made and we will return the total cost back within 7 working days.
In the case that the order has been processed and delivered we will charged an amount of 5,90€ for administration and delivery cost. The products must be in perfect new condition, in the original packaging. We won´t accept any used, washed or damaged goods. One we have received the products back and checked it is in the original conditions, we will return the full amount of the purchase by the same payment method within 7 working days.
